Do I have to pay for the whole group at once?

Organising a squad shouldn’t feel like a mission in itself. We offer flexible payment options to take the stress out of your planning:

Secure the Date: To lock in your preferred game date, the group organiser simply pays the initial deposit or package cost for a minimum number of confirmed players.
Individual Payments: You don’t have to be the bank! We can often arrange for individual players to call in and pay for their own packages directly, saving you the hassle of chasing cash.
Flexible Management: Whether you prefer a single lump sum or separate payments, our team is here to help. To discuss the best setup for your group, call our national booking office on 1300 422 989 .
Add as You Go: Don’t worry if you have latecomers. You can add more players to your booking as they confirm, right up until a few days before the event (subject to availability).

Organiser Tip: We recommend setting an internal “payment deadline” for your friends a few days before our actual deadline. This ensures you aren’t left waiting on anyone when it’s time to finalise the booking!

Paintball Etiquette? Is that even a thing?

Yes my fellow paintball warriors, it is.
There’s nothing worse than having your epic time ruined by someone who’s not playing fair, so I’m going to educate you all on some of the basic etiquette us paintballers appreciate.
If you’re out, you’re out. Don’t be a jerk.
I know, it sucks when you’re hit. It’s not too long till your next game though! If you’ve been hit, stick your hand up and let the marshal send you off the field to consider your strategy for the next game. Staying in when you’ve been hit is not cool, and unfair to the marksman that deserves his victory.
Don’t shoot point blank.
Not only is this against the rules, but you risk injuring your team mates or the other team by shooting point blank. Save your bullets for the shots that’ll count.
Be a good sportsperson.
You’re playing a team sport, so remember to play as a team. Also remember to congratulate the winning team! You’ll play against them later, so avoid being rude or starting an argument
Listen to the marshals.
I’ve mentioned our awesome marshals a few times, and here’s the best advice I can give: respect and listen to these dues, they’re hard working and want to make your day as awesome as possible. Listening to them will make your day, and theirs, much better. Paintball warriors, there’s nothing better than an awesome day out on the field with your mates, shooting the enemy and having a wicked time on some awesome game zones. Can’t wait to see you there!
A morning or afternoon session is available: morning session 10:00 a.m. (arrival) until approximately 13:00 p.m.; afternoon session 13:30 p.m. (arrival) until approximately 16:30 p.m. Upon entry, you will be greeted by our friendly staff, who will check you in. Make sure you have filled out your registration forms online prior to your game day to ensure a smooth check-in. You will be kitted up with all the gear needed for the day and undergo a compulsory safety briefing. For the morning session, the action starts around 11 a.m. You will play up to six varied games during a morning or afternoon session, with short refreshment breaks in between to reload your paintballs and discuss tactics!

As you get kitted up, you will be transformed into a camouflaged stealth army commando, ready to take on any challenge! Drawing inspiration from the MAS*H-themed base camp, you and your team will strategize a way to be victorious on the day.

Before the action begins, all players must undergo an essential health and safety speech detailing the rules and regulations of the day and informing them on how to use their paintball artillery.

You and your team of highly skilled combatants will then proceed through to
the gun zone where you’ll be issued with a semi-automatic
paintball marker. You can get your eye in for the mission ahead by enjoying a
few practice shots at the shooting range.

Once all players have their aim steady and goggles secured, the games begin!

You will encounter up to 6 action-packed games that’ll test
the skills of both novice and experienced paintball players alike. With various
points being awarded for each game, your team must take all possible chances to
capture the ancient artefact from the pyramid in Tomb Raider, and not squander the chance to
take out the fuel depot.(Game zones may vary across locations)

When the session’s games are completed, all players return to the base camp to hand in their paintballing equipment, changing back into their civilian status, and prepare for the fun and laughter of the afternoon presentation.

The session’s activities conclude with the awards ceremony, and players can expect to leave Delta Force at approximately 17:00pm. If your group is limited by time constraints then an alternate departure time can be arranged.

Delta Force Paintball in Newcastle Has Reopened!

After months of downtime filled with more Netflix marathons than we’d like to admit, too many takeaway deliveries, and getting our paintball fix through the latest Call of Duty, we’re thrilled to announce that our Newcastle centre is officially open again!

On Sunday 17th October, we welcomed our first paintball enthusiasts back through the gates. After several months without the sound of markers firing or players storming the battlefield, it felt amazing to bring the action back to life.

We chose to begin with a soft relaunch and limited player numbers, giving us the opportunity to refine our systems, refresh our operations, and ensure everything was running with maximum smoothness and efficiency.

During our closure, we focused on improving and elevating key parts of the Delta Force experience:

• Staff have undergone updated training to enhance service, safety, and operational standards.
• Hand sanitiser stations are available at all key touch points throughout the centre.
• All equipment is thoroughly cleaned and maintained before, during, and after events.
• We have introduced allocated table seating and improved spacing for groups.
• Streamlined procedures are now in place for payments, equipment collection, and overall event flow.
• All paintball markers, door handles, and frequently touched surfaces are cleaned between every session.
• Our schedule now incorporates shorter, high-intensity sessions — giving players the same amount of thrilling action in a more efficient timeframe.

All these improvements (and more!) ensure we continue delivering the world-class Delta Force Paintball experience you know and love — now even more polished, efficient, and immersive.
