What happens to the paintballs and prepayments for players who do not turn up?

We know that sometimes recruits go “M.I.A.” at the last minute. To keep things fair for everyone at our Newcastle centre, we have a clear policy for no-shows:

Credit for Future Use: If a player misses the session, their payment value (entry, gear, and paintballs) is held as a “Credit Place” on your booking. These prepayments are non-refundable.
Non-Transferable on the Day: Paintball allocations for no-shows are strictly non-transferable between players during the session. A no-show player’s paintballs cannot be used or “split” among the other members of your group on that day.
Redeeming Your Credit: Your credit is safely stored and can be used for a future booking at Newcastle or any other Delta Force centre in Australia.
Our Preparation: Because we prep our gear and marshals at Freemans Waterhole based on your exact booking numbers, we cannot move those resources around once the session has begun.

Newcastle Pro-Tip: If you know your numbers have changed before game day, give us a heads-up! We recommend locking in your “definite” players first and calling the national booking office on 1300 422 989 to add extra players as they confirm.

After 10 long years of lobbying, the date has finally officially been set for the minimum age reduction in NSW. As of 1 July 2019, players from 12 years plus will be able to enjoy the fun, exhilaration and team atmosphere paintball provides. Birthday parties will never be the same now the bar has been raised; end-of-season sporting events; school sports. Kids all over NSW are champing at the bit to show what they can do on a paintball field. Delta Force Paintball is the only NSW provider with child-specific paintball goggles and safety equipment that fit better for high-level safety and comfort. With Delta Force locations across the world already entertaining 12-year old's, it will be a seamless transition to offer paintball to this age category in NSW. Paintball lingo for beginners
Paintball is a pretty awesome game. The combo of friends and real life strategy games make for a pretty epic day out, but it sucks when it’s your first time and you’re not prepared. I’ve put together a little lingo-list that will help you understand everything paintball related, in under five minutes!
Paintballs
Okay, this is kinda obvious, but it had to be on this list! These little nuggets of glory are our special gelatine covered capsules filled with nontoxic, biodegradable and water soluble paint. These are the victory earners, so they’re your best friend!
Marker
This is the safe term for paintball gun. These bad boys will spray a shower of paintballs all over your enemy!
Hopper
These are round plastic containers that hold your paintballs, and feed them through to your paintball gun. Hoppers can hold around 150-200 paintballs.
Battle Pack
Custom built, waist mounted paintball carrier. These packs can fit up to four ‘pods’ which carry 100 paintballs each, enabling the warrior to carry an extra 400 paintballs into battle.
Combat suit
These beautiful pieces of clothing are a bit like padded overalls, and will protect paintball warriors from the impact of the paintball bullets.
Game Zone
This is where the battles take place. Each zone will have a different game scenario and theme, and can include some awesome props including double decker buses, fortresses and pyramids.
Bunker
A place, object or embankment on the field that players use for cover. Examples include artificial gravestones, steel barrels or even London buses!
Base Camp
This is where you’ll reconvene after a game. The Base Camp is decked out with facilities such as toilets, a shop to buy extra ammo or some provisions, and tables to relax on before your next mission.
