We know that sometimes recruits go “M.I.A.” at the last minute. To keep things fair for everyone at our Newcastle centre, we have a clear policy for no-shows:
- Credit for Future Use: If a player misses the session, their payment value (entry, gear, and paintballs) is held as a “Credit Place” on your booking. These prepayments are non-refundable.
- Non-Transferable on the Day: Paintball allocations for no-shows are strictly non-transferable between players during the session. A no-show player’s paintballs cannot be used or “split” among the other members of your group on that day.
- Redeeming Your Credit: Your credit is safely stored and can be used for a future booking at Newcastle or any other Delta Force centre in Australia.
- Our Preparation: Because we prep our gear and marshals at Freemans Waterhole based on your exact booking numbers, we cannot move those resources around once the session has begun.
Newcastle Pro-Tip: If you know your numbers have changed before game day, give us a heads-up! We recommend locking in your “definite” players first and calling the national booking office on 1300 422 989 to add extra players as they confirm.
