Yes. We recommend booking for your minimum confirmed players as early as possible. Our Newcastle centre is a premier destination for the Hunter region, and sessions—especially on weekends—fill up quickly.

• Lock in Your Date: Booking for your core group now ensures you don’t miss out on your preferred date and session time at our Freemans Waterhole location.

• Add Players Later: You are welcome to add more recruits to your Newcastle booking up until a few days before your event. Simply call our coordination team to check availability, and we will do our best to accommodate the extra players.

• Stress-Free Planning: Don’t let a few “maybe” responses hold up the entire squad. Locking in the definite players now officially starts the countdown to game day and usually motivates the rest of the group to commit!
