Online Booking Terms and Conditions

  • Availability: All bookings are subject to availability. Your choice of date may not be available, but alternative dates will always be offered.
  • Payment & Refunds: Full payment must be made to confirm your event. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. There is a 6.99% processing fee for all credit and debit card payments. Please ensure all players are able to make the booking date before submitting your booking, as mistakes cannot be rectified after the booking has been made.
  • Attendance: If anyone fails to attend the event on the date you have booked, the prepayment and paintballs for that person will be forfeited.
  • Provisional Bookings: If your desired booking date is within 3 days, you will only be able to create a provisional booking. A customer service representative will contact you to confirm if the date is available. You do not have a valid booking until you receive final confirmation via email. Should you not receive this within 48 hours, please call our national booking office on 1300 422 989.
  • Data Accuracy: We are unable to accept liability for any errors resulting from data which you have entered incorrectly. Please ensure you have correctly filled in House, Street, Town, and Postcode information.
  • Minimum Age (NSW): In accordance with New South Wales legislation, the minimum age for Paintball at our Newcastle centre is 12 years of age (8 years of age for Miniball). Any player under the age of 12 on the game date will not be allowed to play. All minors must have a parental consent form signed.
  • Equipment & Safety: Only paintballs supplied by the Delta Force Newcastle centre on the day of your event may be used. All players agree to be bound by our playing conditions and safety rules. Any player unable to comply with safety instructions will be excluded from the centre without refund.

Marketing, Imagery, and Representations

  • Illustrative Purposes: You acknowledge that all images, videos, and artwork displayed on our websites, social media, or printed brochures are for illustrative purposes only. They provide a general representation of the activity, equipment, and game zones.
  • Variation in Experience: While we strive for consistency, the actual experience at the Newcastle centre may vary. Specific game zones (e.g., Tomb Raider, Resident Evil), props, and obstacles are subject to change without notice due to site requirements, weather, or safety updates.
  • Equipment Specifications: Standard equipment provided may differ in aesthetic condition from “hero shots” used in marketing. Upgrade packages may be available on-site for an additional fee.
  • No Guarantee of Exact Replication: Participation does not guarantee your experience will exactly replicate promotional material.

Dispute Resolution and Chargebacks

  • On-Site Resolution Requirement: If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your experience, you must bring this to the attention of the Newcastle Centre Manager immediately on the day of the event. This “Opportunity to Cure” allows us to address concerns in real-time.
  • Acceptance of Service: By signing the safety waiver and participating in the event, you acknowledge that the service has been rendered in full. Remaining on-site for the duration of the activity generally constitutes fulfillment of the contract.
  • Formal Complaint Procedure: All customers agree to follow our formal complaint procedure (via email@paintballbookingoffice.com) before initiating a dispute with their financial institution.
  • Defense of Claims: In the event of a “Service Not As Described” or “Fraudulent” chargeback claim, Delta Force Paintball reserves the right to submit these Terms and Conditions, your signed waiver, and staff logs as evidence of contract fulfillment. We reserve the right to recover administrative costs incurred in defending meritless disputes.
